1. Woodstock School, Mussoorie
Woodstock School is an international co-educational residential school located in Landour, a small hill station near the town of Mussoorie, Uttarakhand, India, which is located in the foothills of the Himalayas. Woodstock School is one of the oldest residential schools in Asia. Today it is operated by a private nonprofit institution with Indian Christian Minority Status. Woodstock School was founded in 1854.

2. Mayo College, Ajmer
Mayo College is a boys boarding school in Ajmer, Rajasthan, India. It was founded in 1875 by Richard Bourke. Mayo College is the oldest public boarding school in India. The British built Mayo for the sons of the Indian upper classes. Mayo College has some of the best sporting facilities among the top boarding schools of India. There are facilities for students and staff consisting of playing fields for football and hockey and cricket ground with a view of the Aravali Hills and an old red sandstone pavilion.

The Scindia School was founded by the late Maharaja Madho Rao Scindia of Gwalior in 1897, as the Sardar School. It was meant for sons of Indian princes and nobles. Now Scindia school is a public residential school for boys. The school facilitates sports including track & field athletics, soccer, hockey, cricket, basketball, skating, horse riding, archery, rifle shooting, boxing, equestrian, squash, tennis, badminton, swimming, and deep-pool diving, and more.

4. The Doon School, Dehradun
The Doon School is located in the hills in Dehradun. The beautiful Doon School was established in 1935 and is widespread over 72 acres.
